Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure zero defects and maintain high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and shift goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the floor supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
