Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Accurately load, unload, and sort packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Customer Service: Assist with shipping and receiving duties while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to report to work on time for immediate start dates.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
