Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
