Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or shift management experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-10pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
