Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend service teams across Houston locations
- Optimize weekend staffing schedules to meet fluctuating demand
- Handle real-time operational adjustments and client communications
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve service escalations
- Maintain inventory management for weekend operations
- Train new weekend staff on service protocols
- Generate performance reports for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shift management or customer service leadership
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and remain active during shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
