Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Valid Wisconsin nursing or medical assistant certification
- Strong weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Advanced proficiency in EMR systems
- Certified in CPR and basic life support
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
