Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Supplement team members with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory counts
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handover processes
- Assist with new employee training during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday 6AM-2PM & Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (for facility operations)
