Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, scan, and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety protocols and instructions.
