Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend operations across multiple departments
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for weekend shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-8 weekend staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Process payroll documentation and weekly time submissions
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations
- Prepare end-of-week reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years experience in shift coordination or team leadership
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6am-6pm)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Valid Kansas driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
