- Coordinate weekend staff schedules and assignments across multiple departments
- Manage guest check-ins, inquiries, and VIP experiences during weekend shifts
- Oversee operational compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare weekend operational reports and performance metrics
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on service protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service coordination
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software and property management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic knowledge of Virginia tourism industry preferred
