Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift activities across warehouse and distribution teams
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend operations
- Monitor safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
- Train and onboard new weekend staff members
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily performance reports for weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless workflow transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible start times)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid Washington state driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
