- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service during evening and weekend hours.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product features.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude in a 24/7 support environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or call center operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as required.
