Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using automated systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency during peak hours.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for safety and operational instructions.
