Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturday/Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Execute inventory management tasks and stock replenishment during off-peak hours
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Train weekend staff on new procedures and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Basic math proficiency and POS system literacy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Spanish bilingual skills a significant plus
