Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across departments during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination or clinical support experience
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Missouri healthcare certification (CMA, CNA, or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain current)
