Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise according to delivery schedules.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse and dock areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and reporting damaged goods immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work scheduled weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is a plus.
