Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene needs
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies
- Participate in weekend shift team meetings and training
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
