Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and safety concerns
- Support family education on home care procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Background check and drug screen clearance
