Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in our 24/7 urgent care center
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Administer treatments and medications according to established protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in our electronic health records system
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and weekend-specific safety protocols
- Participate in weekend staff development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience with weekend shift preference
- BLS/ACLS certification with weekend emergency response training
- Strong communication skills for weekend patient and family interactions
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend hours
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems and weekend documentation workflows
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for weekend on-call rotations
