Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (6am-10pm)
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility support and meal service
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with weekend nursing teams to ensure seamless care continuity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Support weekend admissions and discharge procedures
Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with proper technique
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to cover varying weekend shifts
- Background check and drug screen required
