Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and personal assistance
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Support mobility transfers and daily living activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during shifts
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Background check and drug screen required
