Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain care continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience (CNA, MA, or similar)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ohio state nursing assistant certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
