Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across departments during weekend shifts
- Manage patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Assist with emergency response protocols and triage
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations
- Train weekend staff on new protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/MA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or clinical experience
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
