Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital monitoring, medication administration, and treatment assistance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism following established protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
- Participate in weekend shift huddles and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant license (required)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Proficient in EHR documentation systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to cover varied weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
