Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling for weekend appointments
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist medical staff with patient preparation and examination support
- Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification processes
- Ensure clinic readiness through supply management and sterilization protocols
- Provide compassionate patient education and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or MA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Basic life support certification preferred
