Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations and package handling with precision and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the support team to optimize weekend workflow processes.
- Perform data entry and inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Assist in training new team members and onboarding weekend staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability to work full-time weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
