Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and safety metrics.
- Housekeeping: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and data entry.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
