Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to priority standards.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse space to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company safety and quality protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize daily workflows.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with barcode scanners, computers, and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
