Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory management and stock control procedures to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high service standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent schedule.
