Responsibilities
- Sort and Pack: Efficiently sort, organize, and pack incoming merchandise to ensure accurate distribution.
- Inventory Assistance: Help maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization on the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment and tools under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company quality standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- No Experience Required: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is not necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols.
