Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship merchandise to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
