Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Merchandise products and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate inventory systems and assist with stock rotation/restocking
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
