Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday shift team to ensure seamless workflow and operational continuity.
- Assist customers and internal stakeholders with inquiries regarding products and orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (may be required for some roles).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
