Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our East Memphis facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operations
