Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure packages and goods are handled with extreme care to prevent damage during transit.
- Shift Maintenance: Keep workstations organized, clean, and ready for the next shift cycle to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods with ease.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable with handheld scanners and computer systems for data entry.
- Valid ID: Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
