Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately package and prepare customer orders for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and picking.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
