Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and floor supervision during weekend shifts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and drive sales through active upselling and cross-selling.
- Train, mentor, and support part-time associates to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Maintain store appearance standards, inventory organization, and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle cash handling, register operations, and process returns or exchanges accurately.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the Store Manager.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
