Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment usage.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and communicate critical updates to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
- Valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Reliable transportation and mandatory availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
