Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Train and mentor new part-time associates on weekend schedules.
- Assist in the execution of promotional activities and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
