Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight movements during weekend shifts using TMS systems
- Monitor warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Resolve logistics disruptions and optimize weekend loading/unloading schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage weekend inventory counts and reconciliation activities
- Train weekend staff on SOPs and new technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in logistics/warehouse operations
- Experience working rotating weekend schedules
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA Forklift certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
