Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations including receiving, stocking, and inventory management during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and speed to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time hours specifically on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
