Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ staff members during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Optimize guest experience through proactive service recovery and personalization
- Oversee daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless cross-functional operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards
- Handle VIP guest requests and special event coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of Miami tourism market and luxury service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- FL Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
