Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain cash flow accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors for weekend supply deliveries
- Implement safety protocols during peak weekend hours
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail management experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- NYS Food Handler certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
