What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily processing of orders, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products and packaging to maintain Apex Logistics' high quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and equipment are operated safely and maintained in good working order.
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries regarding shipments and provide accurate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
