Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight, pallets, and containers.
- Inspect shipments for damage and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and correctly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility.
