Job Summary:
The Weekend Shift Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all logistics activities during the weekend shift. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, ensuring safety standards are met, inventory is accurate, and productivity targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for the weekend shift, ensuring 100% adherence to safety and production standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and logistics personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Handle escalated issues and operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Prepare shift reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
