Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflows for the weekend shift to ensure maximum productivity.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates and shift workers.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the main office to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently during the shift.
- Prepare weekly reports on shift performance, efficiency, and team metrics.
- Ensure all loading and unloading activities are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, specifically within a shift work environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
