Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Manage inventory levels and perform routine stock checks to maintain optimal supply.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training and mentoring new weekend staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
