Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels using ERP systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Train new staff members on standard operating procedures and safety gear usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant logistics certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy machinery.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
