Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Operate equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (with provided certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
